Fallout’s Prime Video TV Show: Check out Walton Goggins in new character poster as a bounty-hunting giant

One of the next big video game TV adaptations is Fallout, coming to Prime Video in 2024. GameSpot can reveal the next poster for the TV series today, which focuses on The Ghoul character.

Walton Goggins (Sons of Anarchy, Justified) plays The Ghoul in the show, standing in a doorway in an irradiated wasteland in the new poster. It’s a sleek and stylish poster that will leave fans wondering what secrets await outside the door. Take a look at the poster below and read on to hear Goggins talk about bringing The Ghoul to life for the Amazon series.

Amazon’s Fallout TV series is set to launch in 2024

“This is a person who’s been walking the wasteland for 200 years,” Goggins told GameSpot. “He’s seen the worst side of human nature and he’s left with no emotion. He’s cynical. He also has a wicked sense of humor. But still “He wasn’t, he wasn’t always like that. He was different.”

He refers to his life before the nuclear fallout, when the giant was known as Cooper Howard. “His connection and worldview was different than it is now. And now he’s a bounty hunter. And a legend at that,” Goggins said.

The Fallout TV series also stars Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets) and Kyle McLachlan (Twin Peaks). The post-apocalyptic TV series based on the Bethesda game is being developed for Amazon by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, the husband-and-wife team that also created Westworld for HBO.

Todd Howard, an executive from Bethesda known for his work on games, is executive producing the TV series. Prime Video series with conventional game franchise.

Amazon is also behind the upcoming God of War series. However, it’s still early days for that project, and there’s no word on the cast, story, director, or other details yet.

As for the Fallout game series, Bethesda has said that it is developing Fallout 5. However, this won’t happen until after The Elder Scrolls VI, so no one should expect the game to be released anytime soon.
