Destiny 2’s seasonal structure is coming to an end in Season of the Wish, but for now, there are a few new seasonal objectives to pursue over the course of several months. As in previous chapters, challenges in Chapter 23 cover new activities, task you with using specific weapons, and reward you for showing skill in specific enemy-filled environments.

For Season 23, it’s mostly business as usual. Completing the first chapter of the new Seasonal storyline earns you more XP in Wishseeker I, and you can also spend time in Dream City and the EDZ completing public events, missing sections, rewards, and patrols to make Wishseeker City scratch Built activities and EDZ from your to-do list. Equip a bow, hand cannon, pulse rifle, or auto rifle that uses prime ammo in vanguard activities (Strikes, PvP, and Gambit) and you’ll quickly complete the focused objective as well. Defeat the warriors with solar weapons. Get more progress from solar rocket launcher final hits.

Get the “Swords and Marks” victory.
EDZ activities
In the EDZ, progress by completing bounties, quests, missing sections, and public events.
Focused intention
Get the finishing touches with the weapon by using basic ammunition in ritual activities. Earn bonus progress for final hits with a bow, hand cannon, pulse rifle or automatic. Guard murders are also counted.
